It looks like the Holidays have come early to Auburn's Merry - Go - Round Playhouse with their current production of Irving Berlin's Holiday Inn, delightfully directed by Richard J. Hinds. The altogether kooky family made famous by the Charles Addams' 1960s sitcom will take over the Nazareth College Arts Center in The Addams Family: A New Musical Comedy. Presented by the Nazareth College Theatre and Dance Department, this family-friendly musical brings all of your favorite macabre characters (back) to life at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, April 20 and Saturday, April 21, and 2 p.m. on Sunday, April 22 in the Callahan Theater, located on the campus of Nazareth College at 4245 East Avenue, Rochester, 14618.
The Nazareth College Department of Theatre and Dance will present their 2018 Acting and Musical Theatre Senior Showcase performance March 15 at the Jerry Orbach Theater.

The Merry-Go-Round Playhouse has officially kicked off their 2017 season of Broadway in the Finger Lakes with none other than the multiple Tony Award-winning musical of Guys and Dolls. Featuring a book by Jo Swerling and Abe Burrows, along with music and lyrics by Frank Loesser, the musical is widely known thanks to numerous revivals and the film adaptation starring Marlon Brando, Jean Simmons, Vivian Blaine, and of course Frank Sinatra. Presented by leading NYC arts education nonprofit Inside Broadway (Executive Director, Michael Presser), Land That I Love is a special collaboration between Inside Broadway and the Irving Berlin Family & is specifically produced for New York City public schools. The tour began in January and will now be performed at over 60 NYC public schools in Manhattan, Brooklyn, The Bronx and Queens, with over 100 performances thru May 5 (in 2017, Inside Broadway will be serving over 50,000 New York City students with its programs).

In celebration of its landmark 35th anniversary season, leading NYC arts education nonprofit Inside Broadway is presenting a city-wide school tour and revival of their acclaimed musical production, Irving Berlin's Land That I Love.
