The Arches' BEATS by Kieran Hurley Set for Edinburgh Fringe

Writer, director and performer Kieran Hurley brings early 90s rave tale BEATS to the Traverse Theatre, Edinburgh from 14 - 26 August 2012 as part of the Edinburgh Festival Fringe 2012 complete with live DJ Johnny Whoop and accompanied by psychedelic, rave inspired visuals for a full club atmosphere.

Chicago's Grant Park Music Festival Kicks Off in July

Summer in Chicago continues this July with the Grant Park Music Festival, led by Artistic Director and Principal Conductor Carlos Kalmar and the Grammy Award-nominated Grant Park Orchestra, along with Chorus Director Christopher Bell and the Grant Park Chorus in the Jay Pritzker Pavilion in Chicago's Millennium Park. M-34 presents Sarah Kane's 4.48 PSYCHOSIS and Franz Kafka's LETTER TO MY FATHER, two dramatic pieces which represent very personal accounts by these two artists at their most vulnerable times. The plays will run for twelve performances each in repertory from today, May 10 through May 27, 2012 at Magic Futurebox Theatre, 55 33rd Street, Brooklyn, NY 11232. Both pieces, which have been presented internationally by M-34, will be directed by James Rutherford.
