Gary Crosby presents the sensational Jazz Jamaica All Stars with special guests Brinsley Forde (Aswad), Noel McKoy and rising vocal stars, Dem Three. THE TROJAN STORY is a spectacular live concert chronicling 50 years of the legendary label and artists of Trojan Records. There will be three performances - on Thursday 20 September, Royal Festival Hall; Saturday 29 September, Brighton Dome and Saturday 17 November, Hull City Hall (part of the Hull Jazz Festival).

The acclaimed male vocal group The Flyboys will make their Edinburgh Fringe debut this year when they perform their fusion act of vintage and modern music in four part harmony nightly at the Gilded Balloon's Rose Theatre (Main Theatre) from August 1 to August 24 at 10.30pm. The Flyboys brand of swing re-imagined has been described as "if Sinatra formed a band with Bruno Mars" or "a night where Pharrell Williams croons with Judy Garland, Ricky Martin scats with Cab Calloway and Maroon 5 groove with Ella Fitzgerald."

After the success of last year's huge sell-out theatre tour, Collabro will be back on the road in 2019 with a mammoth 51 date tour across the UK finishing at London's Royal Albert Hall. The musical theatre group's COLLABRO ROAD TO THE ROYAL ALBERT HALL TOUR will see the group perform at a variety of intimate theatres including Wolverhampton Grand Theatre on Tuesday 16 April - just four days before the Royal Albert Hall performance.

A brand new stage production of the musical Summer Holiday is set to tour the UK and will play for a week in Darlington from Tuesday 25 September. Based on the iconic 1960's film of the same name, starring Cliff Richard and The Shadows, Summer Holiday will include all of the number one hits from the movie, plus some additional Cliff Richard classics.

This May, the Octagon Theatre Bolton continue their 50th Anniversary season with their first off-site production of 2018 - a not to be missed site-specific staging of the much-loved 1960's musical film Summer Holiday. Known as the 'King of Ghazals', Talat Mahmood was the first to bring the genre to mainstream music in the film industry. I felt strongly about re-introducing his music to today's youngsters. He was a very famous man but the children today neither know his name nor his music. It is a treasure trove we are sitting on and letting it fizzle away. In my own little way, I am literally helping our youth re-discover what already exists.
