Honeck-Moss Productions will present 'In The Works.' This exciting series is an opportunity for composers to try out new work in front of an audience and see how it plays in a supportive environment. It is also an opportunity to create community among the composers and their performers.

The Nazareth College Theatre and Dance Department will present a staged reading of the musical Modern. Written by Selda Sahin and Derek Gregor, directed by Ian Patterson, with music direction by Sarah Pool Wilhelm. The presentation will take place Saturday, February 29 at 2:00 pm in Studio Theatre A48 on the Nazareth College campus. Admission is free and open to the public.

The San Diego State University MFA Musical Theatre Program, under the supervision of Robert Meffe and Stephen Brotebeck, will present a staged reading of the musical Modern. Written by Selda Sahin and Derek Gregor, directed by Shayne Mims, with music direction by Richard Morrison. The presentation will take place Friday, January 31 at 3:30 pm in the Experimental Theatre on the SDSU campus. Admission is free and open to the public.

Last night, 'Livin' On A Prairie,' a six episode series created by and starring Broadway's Pamela Bob (Hand to God, A Gentleman's Guide to Love & Murder), screened to a sold-out house at Spring Studios as an official selection of the 2nd Tribeca TV Festival's Fall Pilot Season.The world premieres of five indie comedy pilots showcasing new voices in episodic storytelling ranged from conventions of adulthood, sex and…William Shakespeare. Calling all TV fans, the Tribeca TV Festival is back on the big screen bringing audiences together to discover new series and be the first to see favorite new season premieres. The 2nd Tribeca TV Festival will celebrate unforgettable storytellers who have shaped what 'peak TV' is today and introduce new voices in episodic storytelling. Over four days at Spring Studios in New York City, each event will feature a conversation with the stars and creators of favorite and soon-to-be-favorite shows. Skora Productions in association with the Whitefire Theatre opened its world premiere comedy DAMAGED FURNITURE written by Howard Skora, directed by Jim Fall on Saturday, March 24, 2018. The play runs Saturday evenings at 8:00 pm, now through May 26, at the Whitefire Theatre in Sherman Oaks.

 The war on Wesen rages on! NBC's Friday night drama series “Grimm” has been renewed for a sixth season.

NBC and 'Grimm' will celebrate Jessica Short's winning Wesen creature by having it appear in the 100th episode of the series today, March 11 (9-10 p.m. ET/PT).
