Now Stephen Cole (book & lyrics) and Claibe Richardson (music) have adapted Grubb's novel into a musical thriller. Davis Gaines will star as The Preacher (Mitchum) opposite Theatre World Award winner Julie Johnson as Willa Harper (Winters).
