Michael Riedel reports in today's New York Post that Lincoln Center Theater 'wants the Beaumont for its next big production - a revival of THE KING AND I starring Kelli O'Hara.' BroadwayWorld.com first reported back in 2011 that the theatre was considering a Bartlett Sher helmed revival of the classic show. O'Hara is currently starring opposite Matthew Broderick in NICE WORK IF YOU CAN GET IT.

Official London Theatre is reporting that the current production of Zorro running at the Garrick has extended its run until September 2009. The musical opened on July 15th, 2008 and was originally scheduled to run until January of 2009.

Two hit West End musicals--the revival of Guys and Dolls and the Queen musical We Will Rock You--have extended their runs

Closure plans for the hit West End musical We Will Rock You, featuring the songs of Queen, have been cancelled; the show will now play the Dominion Theatre through April 26th, 2007

The Queen musical We Will Rock You will play its last performance on the West End on October 7th
