The Clive Fitch Report has revealed that Christopher Carter Sanderson, founding artistic and producing director of the Gorilla Repertory Theater Company, is planning to bring the work of famed blogger Tucker Max - specifically, his book I Hope They Serve Beer in Hell - to the Broadway Stage. Reportedly, the show will be titled: I Hope They Serve Beer... On Broadway!

Gorilla Rep will return to free Shakespeare in the park this August, with Julius Caesar, to be performed Fridays & Sundays, from August 7 -30, on the lawn below the New Leaf Café, Parking Area in Ft. Tryon Park. The production, which will be the full, uncut version, is directed by Stephen Fried & is presented to the public for FREE. There will be no intermission, but audiences will be able to leave & rejoin the performance in progress.
