The third annual Broadway Back to School, benefitting theatre education programs for underserved schools, takes place September 24 at Feinstein's/54 Below. The event, produced by the Educational Theatre Association (EdTA) and the International Thespian Society (ITS), is chaired and hosted by Hunter Bell ([title of show], Found).
The Camp Broadway Kids, a musical theatre ensemble comprised of 60 theatre-loving kids, ages 12-16, will be featured at The New York Pops 34th Birthday Gala at Carnegie Hall on Monday, May 1, 2017.

Several months ago, 23-year-old tenor Alex Mollica approached the mic at Don't Tell Mama in the heart of Times Square. Despite the instruction of the venue's title, his wildcard singing range and one-liners got people talking, laughing, and shedding a tear or two. A YouTube video and a whim resulted in Doing It My Way, Mollica's upcoming autobiographical cabaret at The Duplex.
Hunter Bell ([title of show], Now, Here. This., Found) and Susan Blackwell ([title of show], Now. Here. This., Side by Side by Susan Blackwell) will co-host Broadway Back to School, a benefit for the International Thespian Society's (ITS) initiatives to support theatre arts education for underserved students and schools. Broadway Back to School 2015 will be a fun-filled, fast-paced evening that includes cocktails, dinner, no long speeches, and appearances by Nicolette Robinson ('The Affair', 'Hart of Dixie', 'Perfect Couples'), Michael Urie (Buyer and Cellar, How to Succeed..., 'Ugly Betty', He's Way More Famous Than You), Blake Daniel (Spring Awakening, Hello Again) as well as other stars of stage and screen, Thespian alumni, and friends.

The performance highlighted the Marshalls' work on stage and screen.
