Complete Creative Team and Cast Announced for QUIET CLOCK, THE MUSICAL

Announcing creative team and cast for the world premiere of the children's musical, Quiet Clock, The Musical, based on the book, The Quiet Clock by Britt Nichols.

This production is co produced by Weathervane Playhouse, Newark, OH and A2K Productions, LLC.

Adam Karsten (artistic director for Weathervane Playhouse and A2K Productions) directs the production. It will have musical direction and arrangements by Christine Riley (A Moment in Time), additional songs and musical arrangements/orchestration by Doug Oberhamer (Swing!, Flight of the Lawnchair Man at Goodspeed Opera House), and choreography by Karen Sieber (All That Glitters-the Liberace Musical, assoc). Costume design is by Cora Childress and the props and art direction is from local New York artist, Rolando Vega with additional props from Betsy Ripp.

Principal cast members include Patrick Heavey, Melissa Rose Hirsch, Jessica Kahkoska, Angelo McDonough, Greg Uliasz, David Wiens, and Spencer Wilson. Additional cast members are Alyssa McGuigan and Tim Fuchs.
Quiet Clock, The Musical will begin performances October 6, 2013 at Stage 72 and will run through December 22, 2013. Shows will be every Sunday at 1pm and 3pm.

Jump into a fairy tale story of Mr. Yawns who wakes with a shock to his blaring, bleeping alarm clock. It pings and it pongs all day long in his head, so loud and so stabbing it could wake up the dead! But Mr. Yawns is an amazing inventor who decides to solve his problem by inventing an alarm clock that does not ring. Will Mr. Yawns find fame and fortune, or only misery? Find out as he takes a delightful journey with song based on Swiss children's songs, comical scenarios, and delightful rhyming characters!
