Broadway In Chicago has announced that individual tickets for the explosive Broadway hit AMERICAN IDIOT, called "wonderfully raucous" and "emotionally charged" by The New York Times, will go on sale today at 10 a.m. AMERICAN IDIOT will play at Chicago's Oriental Theatre (24 W. Randolph St.) for two weeks only, Feb. 7 - 19, 2012.

Grammy and Emmy Award winner, Tony Award nominee and multi-platinum recording artist Harry Connick, Jr. will star as Dr. Mark Bruckner in the newly imagined production of ON A CLEAR DAY YOU CAN SEE FOREVER opening December 11, 2011 on Broadway at The St. James Theatre, 246 W. 44th Street. Previews began on November 12, 2011. The roles of David Gamble and Melinda Wells will be played, respectively, by David Turner and Jessie Mueller, in her Broadway debut. The delightful Tony-nominated score by Burton Lane (music) and Alan Jay Lerner (lyrics) is enhanced by classics from their film scores for On A Clear Day You Can See Forever (1970) and Royal Wedding (1951). With a new book by Peter Parnell based on the original book by Alan Jay Lerner, the musical is reconceived and directed by Tony Award-winner Michael Mayer, with choreography by JoAnn M. Hunter. The national tour of AMERICAN IDIOT kicks off in Toronto, ON at the Toronto Centre for the Arts presented by Dancap Productions Inc, and venues for the tour include: The Opera House in Detroit, MI; Opera House in Boston, MA; Memorial Auditorium in Raleigh, NC; Orpheum Theatre in Minneapolis, MN; Eisenhower Auditorium in State College, PA; Peabody Opera House in St. Louis, MO; Ahmanson Theatre in Los Angeles, CA; Gammage Auditorium in Tempe, AZ; AT&T PAC in Dallas, TX; Segerstrom Center in Costa Mesa, CA; Paramount Theatre in Seattle, WA. According to the Toronto Star, the tour will feature Jake Epstein as Will and Talia Aaron and Gabriel Antonacci in the ensemble.
