Tickets to AMERICAN IDIOT's Run at Detroit Opera House on Sale 12/1

The national tour of the explosive Broadway hit AMERICAN IDIOT, called 'wonderfully raucous' and 'emotionally charged' by The New York Times and 'flat-out electrifying' by the Boston Globe, will return to Detroit January 31 - February 2 at The Detroit Opera House. Tickets start at $34 and will go on sale Sunday, December 1 at 10:00 a.m. at all Ticketmaster locations, by phone at 1-800-982-2787, online at www.ticketmaster.com and in person at the Detroit Opera House Box Office. Tickets will go on sale at 10:00 a.m. at the Fisher Theatre box office on Monday, December 2. A complete performance schedule follows this release.

Katherine Crockett & Steve Cuiffo to Star in Randy Weiner's QUEEN OF THE NIGHT at Diamond Horseshoe

Randy Weiner's newest genre-crossing, environmental experience, Queen of the Night, which begins on December 31, 2013, has announced casting for its six week run at legendary supper club, Diamond Horseshoe. The premier offering of the newly reopening supper club, Queen of the Night features a cast of thirty-three multi-genre performers from the world of circus, modern dance, theater, nightlife, and magic.

Randy Weiner's QUEEN OF THE NIGHT to Premiere at Billy Rose's Diamond Horseshoe, 12/31

Billy Rose's legendary supper club, Diamond Horseshoe, will reopen in its original subterranean location beneath midtown's Paramount Hotel 75 years after it first opened its doors and forever changed New York nightlife. The famed venue will officially open to the public on New Year's Eve. To celebrate its reemergence, Randy Weiner's newest genre-crossing, environmental experience, Queen of the Night, begins on December 31, 2013, for six weeks only.

NYTW To Present 'What's It All About? Bacharach Reimagined' Beginning November 19; Cast Announced

The enduring music of Burt Bacharach is given new life as musician and actor Kyle Riabko (Spring Awakening, Hair) performs his unique, soulful arrangements of the Bacharach songbook with an eclectic group of young musicians and performers. Steven Hoggett, whose choreography has been featured in such diverse works as Once, Peter and the Starcatcher, andBlack Watch, returns to NYTW, this time as director. What's It All About? is a re-introduction to the timeless music of Bacharach through the eyes and ears of a new generation.

Digital entertainment curator FilmBuff release the rocking documentary BROADWAY IDIOT chronicling the momentous collaboration between rock and roll icons, Green Day and the 'Great White Way' to create American Idiot on Broadway. HANDS ON A HARDBODY Cast and Creatives Set For Birdland Tonight

Ghostlight Records will celebrate their Original Broadway Cast Recording of the new musical HANDS ON A HARDBODY another special event this month. Green will host the concert Amanda Green and Friends at Birdland Jazz Club (315 West 44th Street) tonight, September 29 at 6:00 PM to celebrate the album's release. Her special guests will include Keith Carradine, Allison Case, Jenn Colella, Van Hughes, Janet Krupin, Kathleen Monteleone, Jim Newman, Jacob Ming-Trent, Jon Rua and William Youmans. The singers will be backed by members of the original Broadway 'Pit Crew' for Hardbody, including Musical Director Matt Gallagher on piano, Skip Krevens on pedal steel, Shannon Ford on drums and Skip Ward on bass.
