As BroadwayWorld has previously reported, GLEE will feature a Britney Spears tribute episode in its second season, premiering September 21, 2010 on FOX. Heather Morris, who plays 'Brittany' on the show, will be playing Britney Spears in a dream sequence with Ms. Spears herself, it is believed. Check out photos from the episode below.

Al Pacino is this year's recipient of the 2010 Primetime Emmy for Best Actor in a Mini-Series or a Movie for HBO's You Don't Know Jack. Theater vet Pacino has appeared on Broadway in Salome, American Buffalo, Hughie, and King Richard III, among others. The 62nd Primetime Emmy Awards is airing live coast to coast tonight, on August 29 (8-11 p.m. EST) on NBC, originating from the Nokia Theatre L.A. in Los Angeles. The awards are being produced by Don Mischer and hosted by Jimmy Fallon. The cast of GLEE opening the show in a musical skit with the help of Emmy host Jimmy Fallon, Tina Fey and Kate Gosselin. Billy Joel Greenlights Music Catalog for GLEE

Piano man Billy Joel has revealed to Access Hollywood that he has offered GLEE use of his hall of fame music catalog. Stage vets Neil Patrick Harris and Matthew Morrison performed Joel's 'Piano Man' last season on an episode in which Harris guest starred. Harris earend an Emmy nomination for his appearance.
