The American Conservatory Theater (A.C.T.) Master of Fine Arts (M.F.A.) Program presents the world premiere of acclaimed San Francisco writer Peter Sinn Nachtrieb's Litter: The Story of the Framingham Dodecatuplets, directed by A.C.T. Associate Artistic Director Mark Rucker.
Andy Hamingson Departs The Public Theater; Joey Parnes Takes Over

Public Theater Chairman of the Board Warren Spector and Executive Director Andrew D. Hamingson announced today that Mr. Hamingson has stepped down from his position at The Public Theater for personal reasons but will stay on as a consultant for two months to help with the transition. Joey Parnes, who was the Executive Producer at The Public Theater from 1994-1996 and has been the Executive Producer on The Public's recent Broadway productions, will be the interim Executive Director while a nationwide search is conducted for Mr. Hamingson's successor.

The Susan Smith Blackburn Prize has announced 10 Finalists for its prestigious playwriting award, now celebrating it's thirty-third year. The Houston-based Prize received the 2010 Theatre Communications Group's National Funder Award. The annual honor goes to a company, foundation or other entity for 'leadership and sustained national support of theater in America.'

Jacobs from the life, work, and writings of R. Buckminster Fuller. The production features Thomas Derrah as Bucky Fuller. To mark their 10th anniversary, Roscommon County Youth Theatre have developed one of the most exciting theatre projects ever developed for young people in Roscommon. For this production RCYT have brought together past and present members to present four 30 minute plays directed by four of Ireland's leading theatre directors - Catherine Simon (RCYT), Padraig McIntyre (Livin Dred Theatre Company); Jo Mangan (Performance Corporation) and Jason Byrne (Loose Canon Theatre Company).
