Guest Speakers Announced for New CLYBOURNE PARK Series

As Bruce Norris's Clybourne Park racks up "Top Ten of 2010" nods from publications around the country (Entertainment Weekly, the New Yorker, the New York Times, Time Out New York, and the Washington Post), American Conservatory Theater (A.C.T.) has added Experts Talk Back, a new postshow discussion series, to the regularly scheduled InterACT events that will take place in conjunction with the play's West Coast premiere.

Three Shows Announced for A.C.T.'s 2011-12 Season

Artistic Director Carey Perloff announced three plays for the company's 45th subscription season today, including a West Coast premiere by David Mamet, the return of Lorenzo Pisoni to the Bay Area, and a dazzling revival of a classic comedy by Broadway luminaries Moss Hart and George S. Kaufman.

American Conservatory Theater presents the Charles Dickens classic A Christmas Carol, adapted by Carey Perloff and Paul Walsh and directed by acclaimed Bay Area director and actor Domenique Lozano. A.C.T.'s annual production of this beloved family-friendly gem has been called "a Carol built to banish 'bah humbugs' for years to come" (The Oakland Tribune) and "a holiday treat for the entire family" (KGO Radio).
