National Theatre Live has announced its next slate of productions releasing to cinemas worldwide in 2026, including two National Theatre productions captured from the Lyttelton stage on London’s South Bank and the re-release of a fan-favourite.
The Abbey Theatre has announced the world premieres of two new plays, from Irish playwrights Deirdre Kinahan and Mark O'Rowe. Lucy Thurber's The Hill Town Plays, a cycle of five plays--Scarcity, Ashville, Where We're Born, Killers and Other Family, and Stay--began previews August 14, 2013, with an official opening night for all five plays on September 5, 2013. The closing date is today, September 28, 2013.
