On Sunday Aug, 20th The Marvelous Wonderettes, currently playing Off-Broadway at Theatre Row, bid adieu to long time cast member Ryann Redmond and original cast member Sally Schwab.  This week the production welcomes two new cast members to Springfield High School.

Playhouse Creatures Theatre Presents, David Alan Thornton's Rock Opera, Lady Monday, in concert at the Nuyorican Poet's Cafe. This event is a benefit for Playhouse Creatures inner city youth theatre program 'Little Creatures Act Out'.

La MaMa in association with SuperYou FUNdation will present the pop/rock musical CHIX 6 by Lourds Lane (book, music, lyrics) for four performances only. Directed by Jackson Grace Gay, musical direction by Wendy Bobbitt Cavett and choreographed by JoAnn Hunter, will play this weekend, December 1- 4, 2016 at the Ellen Stewart Theatre (66 E 4th St).
