The award-winning trio Band of Friends: A Celebration of Rory Gallagher is making its long-awaited debut in the United States with a series of tour dates April 5-24. A highly-influential Irish blues-rock legend listed 57th on Rolling Stone's list of the "100 Greatest Guitarists of All Time," Gallagher's legacy will be honored live on stage by the former Rory Gallagher Band rhythm section of Gerry McAvoy (bass) and Ted McKenna (drums), as well as blues-folk-rock prodigy Davy Knowles (guitar, vocals), who is teaming up with Band of Friends for the first time ever for this run of American dates.

Kerry Ellis stars as Gwendolen, her first non-singing role, in the 2018 UK tour of Oscar Wilde's THE IMPORTANCE OF BEING EARNEST at the Yvonne Arnaud Theatre Guildford, Courtyard Theatre Hereford, Theatre Royal Plymouth, Belfast Grand Opera House, Theatre Royal Bath and Manchester Opera House.

They will be joined by Geoff Aymer, Louise Coulthard, Thomas Howes, Peter Sandys-Clarke and Simon Shackleton, playing Chasuble, Cecily, Algernon, Jack and Lane/Merriman respectively.

The Recording Academy announced its Special Merit Awards recipients today, and this year's Lifetime Achievement Award honorees are Hal Blaine, Neil Diamond, Emmylou Harris, Louis Jordan, the Meters, Queen, and Tina Turner.

Multiple Tony Award winning producer Corey Brunish has had his new musical selected as a finalist for London's BEAM2018 Festival to take place in March of 2018.Out of 300 applicants, only 8 have been selected for a 25 minute presentation.Brunish wrote the musical with twins Dina and Rosabella Gregory.(fotos enclosed)The musical is called My Marcello and is a comedy about love in a small Italian village.

Several years ago, two members of the original Queen drummer Roger Taylor and guitarist Brian May heard singer Marc Martel belt out a few notes of 'Bohemian Rhapsody as part of a contest, and they were astounded: Not only does Martel sound spot-on like Freddie Mercury, but he also embodies the heart and soul that the legendary rocker poured into every song. Mad Women in my Attic! The haunting, comedic cabaret show, Mad Women in my Attic! comes to the United Solo Festival on Saturday, October 7th at 4:0 pm. The production played to critical acclaim at the Brighton Fringe and Edinburgh Fringe Festival in 2015.

???????The world's premier Queen tribute show, Queen: It's A Kinda Magic, will complete a 15-stop national tour from May - taking fans back to the glory days of Freddie Mercury and his iconic band Queen.

TEG-DAINTY announced today that Queen + Adam Lambert will embark on a 5-city arena tour of Australia in February and March 2018.  The tour will showcase a spectacular new stage production and a set list which the band hints will provide some surprises.  

The new single from Brian May and Kerry Ellis, 'PANIC ATTACK', released June 14 by Sony Music, is a heart-felt paean for hope and positivity in the darkest times, both personal and worldly.
