Pulitzer Prize winning playwright David Auburn to pen the screenplay for a big screen reboot of the iconic '70's series CHARLIES ANGELS.

Director Sam Gold is hoping Joe Mantello may take on the role of Tom in a revival of THE GLASS MENAGERIE.

It hasn't been long since the last revival of Tennessee Williams' The Glass Menagerie, but that won't stop Sally Field from bringing it back. According to Showbiz411, Field will soon return to Broadway as Amanda Wingfield, a role she played in 2004 at the Kennedy Center. Tony Winner Sam Gold will reportedly direct the production.

Rebecca Atwood will produce. Shooting is set for this month in Rhode Island. Smith will play 'Sam,' a professional hockey player whose career comes to an abrupt end. He returns to his hometown, reconnects with a group of high school friends, and attempts to escape into an earlier, simpler time in his life.
