A LITTLE NEW MUSIC 7 was held on Tuesday, March 10th at Rockwell: Table and Stage in Los Angeles, with Jordan Kai Burnett as host/emcee and Bryan Blaskie as music director.

The only honor of its kind in the country, the Weston New Musical Award supports a high quality demo of a new work by writers and composers of notable promise, chosen from a group of national nominations.
A private reading of Ryan Scott Oliver's DARLING, a dark sexy re-telling of Peter Pan, is set for January 21st at the Pearl Studios in New York City.
In what has become an annual ritual, a total of 46 established and emerging writers, composers and lyricists will converge on the Goodspeed campus later this month to participate in the Johnny Mercer Foundation Writers Colony at Goodspeed Musicals. The writing teams, representing 25 new musicals, will populate the campus, creating a truly exciting environment for discovery and inspiration.

The show - conceived, written by & starring Margherita -- was directed by Lauren Bass, with musical direction & arrangements by Brett Ryback (Murder for Two), and produced by Jordan Bass & Lauren Bass.
