IAMA Theatre Company will present a workshop production of Mathilde Dratwa’s biting, tender, and tragically modern new play Esther Perel Ruined My Life.

The Blank Theatre in Hollywood has announced a Living Room Series Plus presentation of Hot Tragic Dead Thing by Ashley Rose Wellman, directed by Christopher James Raymond. There will be six performances only beginning November 14.

Playwright Wendy Graf is best known for her uniquely dramatic works such as PLEASE DON'T ASK ABOUT BECKET, ALL AMERICAN GIRL, and NO WORD IN GUYANESE FOR ME.  But, in her latest world premiere, UNEMPLOYED ELEPHANTS - A LOVE STORY, she takes a lighter - and more formulaic - approach to her subject.

Maria Gobetti directs the world premiere of Unemployed Elephants - A Love Story, a romantic comedy by Wendy Graf (No Word in Guyanese for Me, Please Don't Ask About Beckett). Performances begin on March 9 at The Victory Theatre Center in Burbank, where they continue through April 15. Three low-priced previews take place on March 1, 2 and 3.
