Bravo Gives Fans All-Access Pass Inside Platinum Hit At SXSW

Bravo is creating a more immersive experience for viewers with an exclusive first look its new music competition series, 'Platinum Hit,' at the South By Southwest Music and Media Conference (SXSW) in Austin, Texas.

Lisa Hsia Promoted to Executive Vice President of Bravo Digital Media

Lisa Hsia has been elevated to the new position of Executive Vice President of Bravo Digital Media. The announcement was made today by Frances Berwick, President of Bravo. Based in New York, Hsia previously held the role of Senior Vice President of Bravo Digital Media since November 2005.

Bravo Announces New Programming for 2011

Coming off of its fifth consecutive best-year-ever across all platforms; ranking as the No. 13 network in primetime among all cable entertainment networks in the coveted adult 18-49 demo and the No. 5 cable network among women 18-34; Bravo Media announced it will increase the network's must watch original programming by an additional 20 percent in 2011. The network successfully expanded to five nights of original primetime programming last November, delivering more breakout stars and ratings juggernauts to the most engaged, upscale and educated audience in cable. Bravo continues to translate buzz into reality with new and inventive competition and docu-series that tap into the network's 'passion groups' of Food, Fashion, Beauty, Design and Pop Culture. The latest series confirmed to premiere include 'Platinum Hit,' 'Rocco's Dinner Party,' 'Million Dollar Decorators' and 'Pregnant in Heels.' Bravo Celebrates Best Year Ever!

Delivering five back-to-back record-breaking years, Bravo Media earned its best year ever across all key demos in primetime, digital platforms, and financial metrics, according to Nielsen Media Research. In addition, Bravo Digital - BravoTV.com and TelevisionWithoutPity.com - continues to pace for its best year ever across all key metrics with double-digit increases. On the heels of the network's aggressive development slate, rapid ratings growth and continued momentum in original programming, Bravo expanded to five nights of original programming and in prime year-to-date averages 868,000 total viewers and 535,000 adults 18-49, ranking as the fourth fastest growing top 20 cable entertainment network for the year among adults 18-49.

BRAVO Promotes Andy Cohen to Executive VP of Programming

As the network continues to ramp up its original programming amid its record-ratings streak, Bravo Media promoted Andy Cohen to Executive Vice President, Original Programming and Development. The announcement was made today by Frances Berwick, President, Bravo Media. Cohen will continue to report to Berwick and will be based in New York.

Bravo Launches 5 Nights of Original Programming

On the heels of the network's aggressive development slate announcements and a record-breaking 3rd quarter, Bravo expands to five nights of original programming - as had been announced at the network's Upfront in March 2010 - on Sundays starting November 7th. The successful franchise 'The Real Housewives of Atlanta' will anchor Bravo's new Sunday night, with original episodes airing at 10PM ET/PT. Additionally, Bravo's twice-weekly late night gab fest 'Watch What Happens: Live' with host Andy Cohen also will make the move from Monday to Sundays, airing new episodes immediately following 'The Real Housewives of Atlanta' at 11PM ET/PT, in addition to the weekly Thursday night show (11 PM ET/PT). Bryers Announces Sponsors For TOP CHEF JUST DESSERTS

The 2010 Emmy Award-winning Bravo has whipped up partnerships with Breyers, Dawn, Extra Dessert Delights Gum and Godiva as official sponsors for the premiere season of 'Top Chef Just Desserts,' the spin-off series of the Emmy and James Beard Award-winning show 'Top Chef,' which will debut Wednesday, September 15 at 11 p.m. ET/PT.

Bravo Scores Best July Ever with Double-Digit Growth in Key Demos

2010 Primetime Emmy-nominated Bravo Media scored its best July in network history with double-digit growth across all key demos, according to Nielsen Media Research. Freshman original series 'Bethenny Getting Married?,' Emmy-nominated 'Top Chef D.C.,' 'Work of Art: The Next Great Artist,' and 'Watch What Happens: Live' helped Bravo deliver a 36 and 44 percent increase in total viewers and adults 18-49, respectively vs. July 2009 in primetime (846,000 vs. 623,000 total viewers and 511,000 vs. 355,000 adults 18-49). With Bravo attracting the most affluent and educated audience in all of cable entertainment among the coveted adult 18-49 demo, 'Top Chef D.C.' helped Bravo claim the No. 1 spot in all cable for the 9p.m. hour among adults 18-49 on Wednesdays. Seven time 2010 Primetime Emmy-nominated Bravo Media boasts season highs of 'Top Chef D.C.,' 'Bethenny Getting Married?,' and 'Work of Art: The Next Great Artist,' according to Nielsen Media Research. 'Top Chef D.C.' scored a season high 2.58 million total viewers and 'Work of Art' also delivered a season high 1.2 million total viewers, marking a 29 percent increase among total viewers since its premiere. In addition, 'Bethenny Getting Married?' enjoyed wedded bliss with a season high 2.26 million total viewers, claiming top spot in all of cable entertainment among adults 18-49. Bravo has secured partnerships with Toyota, Dial NutriSkin, Samsung, Kikkoman and Snyder's of Hanover as official sponsors for the seventh season of Bravo's Emmy and James Beard Award-winning series and the No. 1 food show on cable, 'Top Chef,' premiering Wednesday, June 16 at 9 p.m. ET/PT. Oxygen Media Promotes Jason Klarman To President

Responsible for the unprecedented growth and rebrand success of the fastest growing women's network on the dial, Jason Klarman has been promoted to President, Oxygen Media, effective immediately. The announcement was made today by Lauren Zalaznick, President, NBC Universal Women & Lifestyle Entertainment Networks to whom Klarman will continue to report. With this promotion, Klarman will add oversight of Oxygen's original programming and development teams to his responsibilities. Since January 2008, Klarman had been General Manager of Oxygen Media, its first since NBC Universal's acquisition in November of 2007.

Continuing her long-standing and impressive career with Bravo, Frances Berwick was promoted to President, Bravo Media, effective immediately. In support of an unprecedented nine network summer launches of new and returning original programming, Bravo Media today announced its first ever network-wide on-air, multi-talent image campaign featuring more than 30 Bravolebrities at a rooftop pool party, dancing away to the tunes of Grammy Award winning artist Macy Gray's new single 'Kissed It.' BIGGEST LOSER: COUPLES Finale Airs Live 5/25

In an exciting, two-hour live finale on Tuesday, May 25 (8-10 p.m. ET), the winner of NBC's hit series 'The Biggest Loser: Couples' will finally be revealed, along with the incredible transformations of all season nine contestants who have collectively lost more than one ton of weight! In the first part of the show, the third finalist - as determined by America's vote - will also be revealed. And last season's heaviest contestant, Shay Sorrells, will weigh in and receive $1,000 from SUBWAY restaurants for every pound she has lost since her season finale in December, 2009.

Iman Signs On As Host, Joins Isaac Mizrahi For Bravo's THE FASHION SHOW

Bravo announced today that international supermodel and fashion icon, Iman, has signed on as the host of the second season of 'The Fashion Show.' Iman will join internationally acclaimed designer Isaac Mizrahi who, as previously announced, will be returning as host to the fashion competition series. The series is produced by Left/Right Productions and will air on Bravo later this year.
