NBC and Litton Entertainment, the preeminent independent producer of award-winning family programming, today announced the launch of six original programs comprising The More You Know, NBC's all-new three hour Saturday programming block premiering October 1, 2016.

Theatre Communications Group (TCG) has announced that its 2016 gala will honor Tony-nominated and OBIE-winning playwright and acclaimed 'The Walking Dead' actress Danai Gurira.

Perez Hilton has been set to host Broadway Under the Stars - Celebrating the 35th Anniversary of 'Dreamgirls' - on Sunday, July 10 at 8pm at the John Anson Ford Amphitheatre.

On Monday, June 27 at 7:30 p.m. at Don't Tell Mama, several young past and present performers from Broadway joined forces in a benefit cabaret to raise money and show support for the victims, survivors and those suffering as a result of the mass shooting in Orlando this month. The benefit was entitled Broadway Kids for Orlando: All You Need is Love. One hundred percent of the proceeds are being donated to the GLBT Center of Central Florida, and all 49 victims of The Pulse Nightclub shooting were honored in the program. During commercial breaks at last night's TONY AWARDS, host James Corden started up a Broadway-themed 'commercial karaoke', asking for volunteers from the audience to sing some of the most memorable tunes from the Great White Way.
