Two River Theater will continue their series of online benefit play readings with On Borrowed Time, a live two-act event; Act 1 on Wednesday, August 5 and Act 2 with a live Q&A with the artists on Thursday, August 6 at 7:00PM EDT.

Rehearsals begin today for the online reading of Paul Osborn's On Borrowed Time, directed by Academy and Tony Award winner Joel Grey, as part of the Two River Theater's 'Two River Rising' series.

Starting in July, Two River Theater will launch a series of benefit play readings. The selected readings reflect the past, present and future of the theater's diverse range of programming including reimagined classics and world premieres by the industry's most adventurous theater artists.

Jessie Mueller's performance, as part of The Seth Concert Series, re-airs today at 3pm ET, 7pm GMT. The concert premiered last night.

Mark Cortale announced today that Seth Rudetsky's internationally acclaimed Broadway concert series that first began in Provincetown at The Art House in 2011 will debut as a weekly virtual series entitled The Seth Concert Series. Hosted by beloved musical director and Sirius XM Star Seth Rudetsky, the first event will take place on Sunday, May 31 and will feature Tony award-winning actress Kelli O'Hara. Stage and screen favorites Jeremy Jordan and Jessie Mueller will headline the following two weeks. Each weekly show will premiere Sunday nights at 8PM EST with a second showing Mondays at 3PM EST for viewers in other time zones like the UK. On Monday, March 9, actors Armie Hammer and Tracy Letts joined the 3rd hour of TODAY to talk about their Broadway play, a?oeThe Minutes,a?? a dark comedy set in a city council meeting where tension runs high.

The Minutes by Tracy Letts, directed by Anna D. Shapiro, began performances Tuesday, February 25, 2020 at the Cort Theatre on Broadway, and officially opens on Sunday, March 15, 2020. This is a 16-week limited engagement through Sunday, June 14, 2020.

On Monday night, Playwrights Horizons hosted the 42nd Annual Susan Smith Blackburn Prize, the largest and oldest international prize honoring women playwrights.
