Today, Bill Geddie, executive producer of ABC's Emmy award-winning talk show 'The View,' announced that Dame Edna Everage is confirmed to co-host ABC's 'The View,' live on Thursday, March 25 (11:00 a.m.-12:00 noon, ET), a first for the international superstar. She will also perform a song from her new Broadway show ALL ABOUT ME, starring Dame Edna and Michael Feinstein, who is also scheduled to make an appearance.
Sigourney Weaver and Sam Worthington ('Avatar'), Charles Gibson ('ABC World News with Charles Gibson'), Snoop Dog ('Alice N Wonderland'), Anna Kendrick ('Up in the Air'), Stanley Tucci and Saoirse Ronan ('The Lovely Bones'), Emily Blunt ('The Young Victoria'), and musical performances from Alicia Keys ('The Element of Freedom') and the cast of Broadway's 'Memphis,' are all featured guests on 'The View' the week of DEC. 14-18.
On Monday, November 17 at 6 pm ET, Barbara Walters will welcome legendary musician Elton John to her weekly show Barbara Live! on SIRIUS XM Radio. Elton will join Barbara and her co-host Bill Geddie to discuss the Broadway debut of Billy Elliot the Musical for which he wrote the music.
