Producer Stacey Mindich has announced that tickets for the highly anticipated Broadway premiere of the original musical Dear Evan Hansen will go on sale this Sunday, June 19 at 9 AM via Telecharge.com. The musical begins previews on Monday, November 14, 2016 and will officially open at the Belasco Theatre (111 West 44th Street) on Sunday, December 4, 2016. 

Producer Stacey Mindich has confirmed that the recently-announced Broadway premiere of the new musical Dear Evan Hansen has found its home: it will officially open at the Belasco Theatre (111 West 44th Street) on Sunday, December 4, 2016.  Previews begin in November.   With a book by Steven Levenson, score by Tony® Award nominees Benj Pasek & Justin Paul, and direction by 3-time Tony® Award nominee Michael Greif, Dear Evan Hansen had its world premiere at Arena Stage, Washington D.C., this past summer and recently concluded its record-breaking New York debut at Off-Broadway's Second Stage.  Tickets for the open-ended Broadway engagement go on sale June 19.  For more news and information on tickets, visit www.DearEvanHansen.com.

Second Stage Theatre's critically acclaimed musical, DEAR EVAN HANSEN, is currently enjoying a sold out run that comes to an Off-Broadway end on Sunday, May 29th. The show has been rumored for a transfer since it opened to rave reviews, a move confirmed today by the show's lead producer Stacey Mindich, speaking today at a Syracuse University graduation ceremony. 

Second Stage Theatre's critically acclaimed musical, DEAR EVAN HANSEN, will add one performance on Sunday, May 22 at 8pm to its completely sold out run.  Tickets for this special benefit performance are $500.  All proceeds will fund Second Stage Theatre's educational initiatives, including free student matinees and internships.  The limited run of DEAR EVAN HANSEN will conclude on Sunday, May 29th.

Benj Pasek & Justin Pau's new musical DEAR EVAN HANSEN will be sticking around the New York theatre scene for a bit longer.

Produced by and benefiting Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS, this year's Easter Bonnet Competition (#BroadwayBonnets) was held at Broadway's Minskoff Theatre (200 West 45th Street), home to Disney's The Lion King. Featuring performances by more than 230 Broadway and Off-Broadway singers and dancers, the Broadway Inspirational Voices and a stellar lineup of Broadway favorites, this year's fundraising total was a whopping $5,528,568! 

Today, Second Stage Theatre announced its partnership with TodayTix, the free mobile app that provides on-demand access to the best last-minute theater tickets, to launch a rush ticketing platform offering $30 tickets for the new musical Dear Evan Hansen beginning on the production's first preview Saturday, March 26.

Also reprising their performances from the 'splendid' (Marks, Washington Post) cast are Laura Dreyfuss as Zoe, Mike Faist as Connor, Rachel Bay Jones as Heidi, Will Roland as Jared, Jennifer Laura Thompson as Cynthia. Earlier this month, Broadway stars Stephanie J. Block and Aaron Lazar performed in 'A Cabaret Evening' at 54 Below (254 West 54th Street). The evening was a joint benefit in support of The New York Pops PopsEd Programs and Ronald McDonald House New York. The two organizations partner to provide music education programs that serve as creative outlets for the children and families in residence.
