At the half-way mark of their 37th Annual Off Off Broadway Short Play Festival, Samuel French announces the first six plays that have moved on to the Finals to be held on Sunday, October 28th in four sessions beginning at 1:00 pm in the Beckett Theatre at Theatre Row.

Superwolf will present the New York Premiere of Bekah Brunstetter's TAKE HER TO SEE THE MACO LIGHTS, directed by Sherri Kronfeld and produced by Jamie Effros. Performances begin November 14 at The Invisible Dog Art Center.

Chosen from over 900 submissions by playwriting workshops, university theatre programs, and professional companies nationwide, Sisters By Law written by Erin Austin and produced by Panicked Productions will be presented at the 37th Annual Samuel French Inc. Cape May Stage, South Jersey's premiere Equity theatre, will welcome back two of their favorite performers: husband-and-wife team Michael Tucker and Jill Eikenberry. Well known as the stars for eight seasons of NBC's "L.A. Law," the couple returns to Cape May Stage in "Mike's Shorts": a series of tales weaving the couple's love of food with their love for each other.
