Monica Piper's acclaimed off-Broadway comedy NOT THAT JEWISH, will play its final performance this Sunday, April 30.

The Eli and Edythe Broad Stage in Santa Monica presents Born for This July 11 through August 6 (press opening on July 20).  Kicking off The Broad Stage's 2017-18 Theatre Season, this new musical features original music by six time GRAMMY Award-winning artist BeBe Winans, book by Charles Randolph-Wright and BeBe Winans, and is directed by Randolph-Wright (director of the Broadway and West End runaway hit Motown: The Musical).   

On this day in 2009, stage and Screen star Beatrice (Bea) Arthur passed away at age 86.

When NOT THAT JEWISH takes its final curtain call at New World Stages, the production will have played a total of 210 performances (including 17 previews).

As previously announced, Monica Piper will play her final performance in the acclaimed off-Broadway comedy Not That Jewish, Sunday, April 30.

Tickets went on sale this morning, April 4th, for the 62nd Annual Drama Desk Awards, and can be purchased at www.DramaDeskAwards.com. This year's awards, hosted by Michael Urie, will be held at The Town Hall (123 W. 43rd Street) on Sunday, June 4th.
