Bay Street Theatre, partnering with the Children's Museum of the East End (CMEE) will present 'MARTHA SPEAKS' live on stage at Bay Street Theatre on Saturday, May 11 at 11 am. The hugely popular children's animated series, MARTHA SPEAKS, is seen daily on PBS Kids and based on Susan Meddaugh's best-selling children's books, Martha the dog is given the power of speech after eating alphabet soup. This live presentation will have something to say to all ages.
Hershey Area Playhouse will present the Pulitzer Prize winning play Proof in April. Proof is the story of a mathematician whose genius and madness wreaks havoc on his daughters and a former student. When the former student finds a revolutionary mathematical proof among the mathematician's papers, the characters become steeped in conflict as they struggle to determine who wrote the proof.

Bay Street Theatre has announced its upcoming Spring School Vacation Kids Camp, March 25-29. The camp is for ages 8 through 12, and runs from 9am - 3 pm each day at the Bay Street Theatre. Cost is $385 for the five-day camp per child.
Co-founder and artistic director of Bay Street Theatre Sybil Christopher passed away on Saturday, March 9, 2013, according to an announcement by the theatre's website. She was 83. Christopher served as artistic director at Bay Street for nearly 22 years until 2012, when she stepped down.
