Producers of the Broadway bound production of Significant Other have just announced that the full creative team from the sold out run at the Roundabout Theater Company will be joining playwright, Joshua Harmon (Bad Jews) and director, Trip Cullman on the Great White Way next month.

Broadway bound Significant Other- a new work by young playwright, Joshua Harmon (Bad Jews) and directed by Trip Cullman, has just announced its Broadway cast.  Reprising their roles on the Great White Way, following the sold out run at the Roundabout Theater Company, are Gideon Glick (currently starring in LCT's, The Harvest), Oscar and Tony nominee Barbara Barrie, John Behlmann, Sas Goldberg, Lindsay Mendez and Luke Smith. New to the company for the Broadway run is Rebecca Naomi Jones.

As BroadwayWorld sadly reported earlier this week, Marni Nixon, perhaps best known for dubbing the singing voices of the leading actresses in films, including THE KING AND I, WEST SIDE STORY and MY FAIR LADY, passed away from breast cancer on July 24th. She was 86.

More exciting casting has been announced for Transport Group's benefit concert celebrating the classic 1954 musical, Peter Pan.

Producer Jeffrey Richards was set to bring the play to Broadway in Winter 2017, beginning performances in February and opening in March at a Shubert theatre. Now, we know where via a Tweet from actor Gideon Glick. 

Just last summer, Roundabout Theatre Company presented Joshua Harmon's Significant Other, directed by Trip Cullman. Now according to the New York Times, Jeffrey Richards will bring the play to Broadway in Winter 2017, beginning performances in February and opening in March at a Shubert theatre.
