New Ohio Theatre presents Death of the Liberal Class, by New Ohio Theatre's Artistic Director, Robert Lyons.

New Ohio Theatre presents the world premiere of DEATH OF THE LIBERAL CLASS, written by Robert Lyons and directed by Jerry Heymann, running from January 23 - February 13, 2016.

Set in World War II, a German U-boat's mission becomes a journey into terror as its crew is trapped within on the ocean floor. Award-winning playwright Nat Cassidy directs his fascinating, terrifying, immersive theatrical experience like no other: The Temple, or, Lebensraum at The Brick Theater, at 579 Metropolitan Avenue in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, tonight, February 18-28, 2015.

Once upon a time there was a play that showcased fairy tale motifs and iPhones, dollhouses and GPS directional systems. This is Flux Theatre Ensemble's production of Kristen Palmer's world premiere play "Once Upon A Bride There Was A Forest," now running at the 4th Street Theatre. The logic behind the odd juxtaposition of these parallel universes remains a puzzle to me, as does the rest of the play's content. With direction by Heather Cohn, however, the ensemble in Flux's production manages to surpass the bizarre material that they are tasked with performing.

Peculiar Works Project has announced the world premiere of their next site-specific theatrical event, 3CHRISTS, written by SM Dale & Barry Rowell, and directed by Kelly O'Donnell. Based on The Three Christs of Ypsilanti, a psychological study by Milton Rokeach, 3CHRISTS will be performed in the sanctuary of Judson Memorial Church (55 Washington Square South, at Thompson St.). Performances begin on Friday, September 5 for a limited engagement through Sunday, September 28. Opening Night is Sunday, September 7 at 7 PM. The performance schedule is Thursday - Sunday at 7 PM. Rabbit Hole Ensemble will present the reading of a new play,TO NO ONE, by NYIT Award winner Edward Elefterion. The reading will take place today, June 21st and the 22nd, Friday and Saturday at 8pm, at BAX/Brooklyn Arts Exchange, 421 5th Avenue, Brooklyn, NY.

Preview performances of Sean Pomposello's BARBICIDE began Thursday, October 4, 2012, at the The Players Theatre (115 MacDougal Street). Opening night is set for Thursday, October 11, 2012. The Theatre Project brings you just-released production shots inside!

The Theatre Project presents the World Premiere Off-Broadway production of Barbicide at The Players Theatre. The new play, written by Sean Pomposello and directed by Christian Amato, will run for a Limited Engagement October 4 through November 3.

B*tch, which opens on January 5th at the This Historic Players Theatre at 115 MacDougal Street, will be taking a stand against animal cruelty by donating a dollar from each ticket to the ASPCA.
