The National Theatre has announced 15 productions of new plays and fresh adaptations by leading writers.

Rose Theatre Kingston today announces the full programme for Let Me In, running across two days throughout the theatre from 21 - 22 June 2019. Let Me In is an inclusive drama festival with a line-up of both free and ticketed events for guests with physical, learning and sensory needs, carers, families and friends. Since its inception in 2011, the event has engaged hundreds of children and their families, embedding strong working relationships with local schools, community groups, parents and carers alike. This year's programme includes immersive events, backstage tours and workshops run by Rose Youth Theatre, as well as performances from What's Coming out of the Box and Bloomin' Arts. The festival has been programmed by Rose Theatre Kingston festival co-ordinator Harriet Astbury.

'Playwriting' feels like a love letter to theatre and the craft of writing for the stage. It echoes encouragement to new, emerging and struggling playwrights and exudes an unexpectedly paternal affection to the reader.

Groups of passionate young theatre makers are gearing up to take over Curve and venues across Leicester city as part of National Student Drama Festival (NSDF).

The production will feature Max Baker (1984, The Explorers Club), Jasmine Batchelor (The River), Rosal Colon ('Orange is the New Black,' Between Riverside and Crazy), Curran Connor (Pidgeon, A Picture of Autumn), Garcia ('Tales of the City'), Darren Goldstein (Lillian Hellman's The Little Foxes, The Madrid), Alex Hurt (Cardinal, The Whirligig) and Megan Ketch (The Big Wedding, 'American Gothic').

Playwright Sarah Gordon's first play The Edit will have its World Premiere at Salisbury Playhouse this April, before embarking on a UK tour. Folio Theatre Company, whose debut show Unearthed was voted one of The Guardian readers' favourite stage shows of 2015, along-side West End hit People Places and Things, are producing the play with Wiltshire Creative as Associate Producer.

The North Wall today announce the full programme for Alchymy Festival 2019, running from 12-14 April at The North Wall Arts Centre. The programme includes performances, industry events, work-in-progress showings, and workshops, as well as performances from winners of the inaugural Alchymy Company Award and Alchymy Writing Residencies. The festival was programmed by The North Wall co-directors John Hoggarth and Ria Parry, and producer Ellie Keel, and is supported by Arts Council England.

With the critically-acclaimed Equus and The Funeral Director currently touring the UK, English Touring Theatre today announces the full tour dates for its Autumn 2019 Season. The company, in a co-production with Royal & Derngate, present the revival of August Wilson's Two Trains Running directed by the 2018 winner of the RTST Sir Peter Hall Director Award, Nancy Medina. Rose Theatre Kingston today announce Fay Lomas as the winner of the inaugural Peter Hall Emerging Artist Fellowship (PHEAF), an award introduced to commemorate the legacy of Sir Peter Hall, founding Artistic Director of the theatre.

The first major stage production of CAPTAIN CORELLI'S MANDOLIN, based on the best-selling novel by Louis de Bernieres will tour the UK in 2019, 25 years after the book was first published. CAPTAIN CORELLI'S MANDOLIN will be directed by Olivier and Tony Award nominee Melly Still and adapted by Evening Standard Award winner and Golden Globe and BAFTA Award nominee Rona Munro.
