VIDEO: CBS All Access Reveals Teaser Trailer For ONE DOLLAR

Blitz Films and Straight Up Films announce that Stephen Dorff (“True Detective,” BLADE) has been signed to star in director Nick Sarkisov's English-language debut EMBATTLED. Written by David McKenna (AMERICAN HISTORY X, GET CARTER, BLOW), the film also includes McKenna's son, Colin, who was born with Williams Syndrome and inspired a supporting role for the film. Sarkisov is set to produce for Blitz Films, alongside Kate Cohen for Straight Up Films, and Scott LaStaiti, with Blitz co-founder Sergey Sarkisov and Dorff serving as executive producers. Eryl Cochran from Blitz Films will oversee production. The film is scheduled to shoot in Alabama this September.

Atlantic Theater Company (Neil Pepe, Artistic Director; Jeffory Lawson, Managing Director) is proud to announce casting for the world premiere production of This Ain't No Disco, a new musical from Stephen Trask (Hedwig and the Angry Inch) and Peter Yanowitz (The Wallflowers).

Blackpills' dramedy series “Bonding,” loosely based on the life experiences of Rightor Doyle (BARRY, YOU'RE THE WORST), who wrote, directed and executive produced the series is premiering at Outfest 2018. Zoe Levin (PALO ALTO, THE WAY WAY BACK), Brendan Scannell (“Heathers”), and Micah Stock (“Escape at Dannemora,” BRITTANY RUNS A MARATHON) star in the series. Set for release in 2018, Blackpills is the studio, co-producing with Anonymous Content.

Julia Garner ('Ozark') and Juno Temple ('Vinyl,' 'Wonder Wheel,' 'Black Mass') have joined the cast of Bravo Media's 'Dirty John' as the daughters of Debra Newell (Connie Britton), who are both skeptical about their mother's relationship with John Meehan (Eric Bana). Joining the previously announced Jean Smart who will play Debra's mother Arlane, Garner will star as Terra Newell, while Temple will star as Veronica Newell. The scripted anthology series, based on the articles and breakout true crime podcast of the same name from Los Angeles Times reporter Christopher Goffard, tells the true story of how Debra's romance with the charismatic John Meehan spiraled into secrets, denial and manipulation.

According to Deadline, Rosario Dawson (Rent, Seven Pounds) is set as the lead of USA Network's hourlong pilot Briarpatch, from Universal Cable Productions, Paramount Television, Mr. Robot creator Sam Esmail's Esmail Corp and Anonymous Content.

CBS All Access announced today its latest original series, ONE DOLLAR, will premiere on Thursday, August 30. New episodes of ONE DOLLAR's 10-episode first season will be available on demand weekly on Thursdays exclusively for CBS All Access subscribers. Premium television network EPIX® announced today that the third season of its original spy drama Berlin Station will commence production in Budapest, Hungary on July 4 with new series regular Ismael Cruz Córdova (Ray Donovan). The series, which also welcomed new showrunner Jason Horwitch (Rubicon, House of Cards) this season, is slated to return to EPIX later this year.

Indie Award-winning series 'Indoor Boys' returns today! The series is created, directed, and starring Broadway's Wesley Taylor (SpongeBob SquarePants; NBC's 'SMASH') and Alex Wyse (Spring Awakening; Marvel's 'Iron Fist'). With a total of eight new chapters, Season Two premieres TODAY, MONDAY, June 25, 2018 on HuffPost Queer Voices, with two episodes released each Monday for 4 weeks.

Netflix has announced that 13 Reasons Why will return for a third season in 2019.

Anonymous Content announced today that Whitney Dibo will fill the newly created position of Director of Theatrical Acquisitions. Dibo is charged with scouting theater productions on and Off-Broadway, regionally, and in the UK to identify film and TV adaption candidates.

According to Deadline, Apple has picked up the brand new comedy series DICKINSON. They ordered the show straight to series. Oscar nominated actress/singer  Hailee Steinfeld is set to star in the title role as poet Emily Dickinson. According to Deadline, the Netlfix hit drama 13 REASONS WHY garnered an average minute audience of 2.6 million in the first three days of its May 18 release. These numbers come from Nielsen.
