Many of Broadway's best and brightest talents performed in Westport Country Playhouse's one-night-only fundraising gala, 'Playing Our Songs: Celebrating 80 Years of Musical Theater,' a fully orchestrated and choreographed retrospective of musicals that have been produced at The Playhouse since its founding in 1931, last night, September 19.

From an informative talk by a guest speaker to party nights and an afternoon tea, Westport Country Playhouse will offer a myriad of special events and opportunities surrounding its production of the scintillating comedy of manners, 'The Circle,' written by W. Somerset Maugham and directed by Nicholas Martin, playing June 7 - 25.

Directed by Andrew Barnicle, the cast for Private Lives features Julie Granata as Amanda, Joseph Fuqua as Elyot, Winslow Corbett as Sybil, and Matthew Floyd Miller as Victor.

Award-winning Broadway actor Brian Murray has joined the cast of "Angel Street," a Script in Hand reading of the Victorian suspense thriller upon which the classic film "Gaslight" is based, at Westport Country Playhouse on Monday, March 14, 7 p.m. Murray will play the role of Inspector Rough.
