FRAWLEY BECKER is a published book and short story author and a published and three-time prize-winning playwright. A man of many talents, he was a State Department Entertainment Director for military bases outside Paris during the Cold War, founded the first African-American theatre company within the U.S. military in 1959, formed Paris Playhouse in 1963 and was the first to professionally produce Edward Albee plays in France. For the next ten years he worked as a bilingual dialogue coach in films while living in Paris, coaching Audrey Hepburn, Peter O'Toole, Rex Harrison, Omar Sharif, Jacqueline Bisset, Ann-Margret, Samantha Eggar, Robert Ryan, Gene Wilder and all the Oompa-Loompas of the original Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory. Back in the U.S., Becker worked as a location manager for features including Jerry Maguire, Steel Magnolias, and the original Footloose, and TV movies for Oprah Winfrey Presents; and was a production executive at The Disney Studios. His award-winning, searing drama 'Tiger by the Tail' has its west coast premiere March 6 through April 19 at the Lonny Chapman Theatre in the NoHo Arts District of North Hollywood, CA. Actress/Singer/Dancer Carol Lawrence has been named the honoree for the Professional Dancers Society's (PDS) annual Gypsy Awards Luncheon, it was announced by PDS President, Mitzi Gaynor and PDS Board Chairman, Joni Berry. Miss Lawrence will be honored on Sunday, March 29, 2015 at the Beverly Hilton Hotel (9876 Wilshire Blvd.) and famed choreographers Alan Johnson, Miriam Nelson and Walter Painter will receive special PDS Choreography Awards, for their extraordinary contribution to dance.

Featuring winners from Elvis Presley Enterprises' annual, worldwide Ultimate Elvis Tribute Artist Contest, the national hit theatrical Elvis Lives is an unforgettable multi-media and live musical journey across Elvis' life. On January 29th, over 200 guests filled the Circle Ball Room at The Breaker's in Palm Beach for a thrilling evening of dinner, dance and music hosted by actor and singer Gianni Russo of "The Godfather" fame thanks to the efforts of a group of powerhouse chairs and committee members. On Stage Touring, LLC, in association with Elvis Presley's Graceland, announced today that it will kick off the 2014-2015 touring season of the acclaimed theatrical attraction ELVIS LIVES 'THE ULTIMATE ELVIS TRIBUTE ARTIST EVENT' on New Years Eve with seven performances over five days at the Patchogue Theater for the Performing Arts on Long Island, NY. Jay Dupuis, the newly crowned 2014 winner of Elvis Presley Enterprises' (EPE) Ultimate Elvis Tribute Artist Contest will join the touring cast of ELVIS LIVES during its winter/ spring 2015 engagements. American Express will be providing marketing support and giving fans priority access to tickets for the tour. As of today, 37 performances in 28 different markets are booked for the tour, with several more markets to be added soon.
