A beloved holiday tradition will return to People’s Light with the world premiere of Alice in Wonderland: A Musical Panto. Alice in Wonderland: A Musical Panto runs November 16 through January 1 on the Leonard C. Haas Stage.
People’s Light is presenting the world premiere of Mushroom, an original play from Pulitzer Prize finalist and Mare of Easttown cast member Eisa Davis. Mushroom runs September 14 through October 16 on the Steinbright Stage.

The Axelrod Performing Arts Center reunites with Luis Salgado and the team from Salgado Productions for their third collaboration, "Elton John and Tim Rice's AIDA," opening May 31, 2019. Previously for the theater, Salgado directed and choreographed "In the Heights" in 2017 and "Ragtime The Musical" in 2018, both of which received nominations for best regional production of a musical.
11th Hour Theatre Company kicks off the new year and presents its final Next Step Concert 18-19 season with a Next Step Concert presentation of Frank Wildhorn, Don Black, and Ivan Menchell's look at the infamous American couple, Bonnie and Clyde. This eclectic musical runs January 5-13. The Resident Theatre Company presents 'Lend Me a Tenor', the show that catapulted RTC Founder Kristin McLaughlin Mitchell's directing career when she joined the directing team of the Broadway production. 'Lend Me a Tenor', is a hilarious farce complete with comic mishaps, elaborate costumes, surprising plot twists, slamming doors and mistaken identities.
Lend me a Tenor is an ebullient and highly professional production. The Resident Theater Company have a hit on their hands, and the town of West Chester should be proud to own a tiny slice of Broadway.
