David Ian Productions Limited ('David Ian Productions' or the 'Company'), a leading producer, promoter, and tour operator of high-profile licensed musicals that are staged in theatrical markets around the world, has sold a majority stake in the Company to a newly-formed joint venture (the 'JV') controlled by Raven Capital Management LLC ('Raven').

A Relaxed Performance of the National Theatre's multi award-winning production of The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time will take place at the Piccadilly Theatre on Saturday 6 April at 2.30 pm, to coincide with World Autism Awareness Week.

The production forms the culmination of the historic Pinter at the Pinter season.
