Manhattan Theatre Club announces the lineup for the 2019 Ted Snowdon Reading Series.

HB Studio, one of New York's original acting studios, has announced UTA HAGEN at 100, a series of special events and workshops celebrating the centenary of its master teacher, the legendary actress and activist Uta Hagen. UTA HAGEN at 100, honoring the three-time Tony Award winning actress and her legacy as a pioneering theater artist, activist and master teacher of HB Studio, will kick off on Monday, February 25 with a series of centennial events. The celebration will culminate on Monday, June 10 with a centennial gala honoring the actress, whose 100th birthday is Wednesday, June 12.

The Geffen Playhouse Unscripted podcast has been renewed for a third season with PodcastOne, the nation's largest advertiser-supported podcast network, it was announced today. In addition, Tony-nominated Rory O'Malley (Hamilton, The Book of Mormon) has joined the podcast series as its new full-time host.

Joshua Turchin will return to The Green Room 42 with his cabaret series, 'The Early Night Show with Joshua Turchin,' on February 10, 2019 at 2pm. Turchin has previously performed two successful shows, 'The Early Night Show at The Green Room' and the 'West End Lounge,' and regularly music directs and accompanies at The Green Room 42's (YOUNG) cabaret series. Special guests from Broadway, television and film will join Turchin on stage. Manhattan Theatre Club's American premiere of The Nap, written by Olivier Award nominee Richard Bean (One Man, Two Guvnors) and directed by Tony Award winner Daniel Sullivan (Lillian Hellman's The Little Foxes; Rabbit Hole; Proof) is playing its final two weeks of performances. The play must close on Sunday, November 11th at the Samuel J. Friedman Theatre (261 West 47th Street).

Manhattan Theatre Club will "Trans Visibility in the Theatre," a panel directly following the Sunday, November 4th matinee of The Nap. IFC today announced details and guest stars for Season 3 of Brockmire, the critically acclaimed comedy series starring Hank Azaria as Jim Brockmire, the garrulous, recently-sober baseball announcer who's climbing his way back to the major leagues. Produced by Funny or Die, Brockmire is currently in production in Atlanta and will return to IFC in spring 2019 with eight all-new episodes. Returning stars include Amanda Peet as Jules, Brockmire's ex-girlfriend, Tyrel Jackson Williams as Charles, Brockmire's entrepreneurial best friend and Becky Ann Baker as Jean Brockmire, his weathered and tough-love older sister.

Today, Amazon Prime Video released the key art and official series trailer for the highly anticipated original contemporary anthology series, The Romanoffs, set to premiere on Friday, October 12 with new episodes released weekly, on Fridays. This is the first anthology series for Amazon Prime Video that will roll out on a weekly basis. The Romanoffs will be available initially in the original version in over 200 countries and territories, with dubbed foreign language versions coming in early 2019.
