The Emmy(R)-nominated TRUE BLOOD kicks off its 12-episode fifth season SUNDAY, JUNE 10 (9:00-10:00 p.m. ET/PT), exclusively on HBO, followed by other new episodes on subsequent Sundays at the same time. Mixing romance, suspense, mystery and humor, the show takes place in a world where vampires and humans co-exist, after vampires have come out of the coffin, thanks to the invention of mass-produced synthetic blood that means they no longer need humans as a nutritional source.

According to Deadline.com, stage and screen star Benjamin Walker is currently in talks to star opposite Henry Cavill in Ed Zwick's THE GREAT WALL film. Alexander Skarsgard is also up for the role. The film, as described by Deadline, is about 'British warriors traveling through 15th Century China and happen upon the hurried construction of the massive wall.'

Stage veterans Ralph Fienness, Hugh Jackman, Natalie Portman, and Daniel Radcliffe were among the winners at the 2011 Scream Awards, held on Saturday, October 15. The award ceremony will air on October 18 on Spike TV.

Today, 10th Hole Productions, LLC's principals Neil Katz and Andy Sawyer, announced that they have partnered with Ron Brienes and Bob Gould of Shoot It, LLC to option the film rights to the untold life story of Ernie Cobb.
