The New York Musical Festival (NYMF) presented the Women of Note concert series, celebrating female, queer and trans artists who are changing the landscape of musical theatre, on Monday, August 1 at The Duke on 42nd Street. Featuring dynamic sounds and incredible performers, this one-night-only concert event showcased even more artists than last year in two back-to-back performances. Producer Paul Adams and Emerging Artists Theatre present second developmental workshop of the new musical, TRUE LOVE. The musical, formerly called MEAN: THE MUSICAL, received its first workshop in May as part of Emerging Artists' 'New Work Series.' Singer-Songwriter Alecia Beth Moore (P!nk) is currently not involved directly with the musical's development, but is aware of the project. The second one-day only staged reading will take place today, October 10th at 2:00 PM at TADA! Theater, 15 West 28th Street in NYC.

'So Ya Wanna Be a Broadway Star?,' a BroadwayWorld TV exclusive series, is teaming up with musical theatre songwriting duo KINOSIAN & BLAIR. Kinosian & Blair will be writing the 11 o'clock number to a musical adaptation of a 1980s cult television hit that series lead, Micki Manuel Minnelli, is auditioning for!

'So Ya Wanna Be a Broadway Star?,' a BroadwayWorld TV exclusive series will wrap it's first season Sunday, November 2nd with an exciting lineup of Broadway cameos. The first Broadway guest appearance will be none other than the lady in green herself, Broadway's current Elphaba, Christine Dwyer!

Songs We Find Worthy in Which to Celebrate With..Jeff's Rockin Holiday Concert' is ready to 'Rock your face off' and then use your money towards Hurricane Sandy Relief Efforts. Jeff Manno will be playing a covers concert including Rock, Pop, Country, Soul, and some Holiday Tunes tonight, December 19th at 7pm at The Laurie Beechman Theater.
