Second Thought Theatre follows acclaimed production of Martyr with THE GREAT GOD PAN as the second show of its 2016 season.

ALL THE WAY opens with blinking blood-red lights, deafening gunshots, vibrant colors in impressionistic soft-focus. Moments later, you can cut the tension with a knife or the crisp, clear black and white projections. From the start, Director Kevin Moriarty establishes that the Dallas Theater Center and Alley Theatre's stunning co-production of Robert Schenkkan's exhilarating political thriller is no documentary or a biopic.

Second Thought Theatre kicks off its 2016 season with an area premiere about religious fundamentalism gone wrong. Blake Hackler makes his STT directorial debut in this play by Marius von Mayenburg, which opens with previews on Wednesday, January 13, 2016 and runs through February 6. Second Thought Theatre closes its 2015 season with one of William Shakespeare's greatest tragedies, Othello. Joel Ferrell's intimate and immersive production starring Tyrees Allen in the title role opens with previews on Wednesday, July 15 and runs through Saturday, August 8. Dallas Theater Center will close its 2014-2015 season with Kate Hamill's fresh and witty adaptation of Sense and Sensibility, Jane Austen's classic romantic novel. Sense and Sensibility is directed by Sarah Rasmussen and begins with previews on Thursday, April 23 with a Pay-What-You-Can performance and runs through Sunday, May 24. Second Thought Theatre Artistic Director Alex Organ announced today the complete details for Bull, the dark comedy by British playwright Mike Bartlett. Christie Vela is making her STT directorial debut with Bull, which is part of the Elevator Project at the AT&T Performing Arts Center. Bull begins with a preview performance on Thursday, February 26 and runs through Saturday, March 14. All performances of Bull will take place in the Studio Theatre and the Dee and Charles Wyly Theatre, 2400 Flora Street. Tickets to Bull can be purchased at 2TT.co and by calling (214) 871-5000.
