Primary Stages Einhorn School of Performing Arts has announced the casts, creative teams and performance schedule for the annual ESPA Drills Reading Series on August 24 and 25. Now in its sixth year, ESPA Drills is the annual new play development program providing staged readings to four playwrights. The plays are workshopped under the guidance of the ESPA staff and will be presented before an audience of industry peers Off-Broadway at The Duke on 42nd Street.

The Circuit Theatre Company, a local, IRNE-nominated company run and operated by theatre artists ages 18-25 from across the country, has announced that it will close its summer season with the East Coast premiere of Nathan Allen's epic cycle, 'The Valentine Trilogy,' at the Boston Center for the Arts. Its season will also feature the Boston premiere of 'The Amish Project' by Jessica Dickey, and the world premiere of the new rock musical, 'Nicky Park Memorial Park' by Deepali Gupta and Ned Riseley. All productions are produced, directed, designed, and acted by young theatre professionals.
