HBO announced plans for a series of documentaries which will air this fall on the cable network

HBO has announced a series of documentaries for this fall including SIX BY SONDHEIM, an intimate look at the prolific career of the renowned Broadway lyricist and composer.

HBO's President of Programming Michael Lombardo said that CRIMINAL JUSTICE, a pilot starring late actor James Gandolfini, will not air.

The second to last film of the late actor James Gandolfin has been chosen as a 'special presentation' at this year's Toronto International Film Festival, and now Deadline.com reports the film will be released shortly after the festival debut on September 20. Director Nicole Holofcener's ENOUGH SAID also features Julia Louis Dreyfuss and Catherine Keener.

Carner and Gregor have announced the winners of the BARELY LEGAL SHOWTUNE EXTRAVAGANZA V casting contest. Eight winners were selected from over 100 submissions received from college students around the country. Winners were selected by a four-person judging panel comprised of Casting Directors Michael Cassara and Jason Najjoum, Concert Director Marlo Hunter, and Concert Producer Alina Gutierrez.
