BIRDSONG National Tour Launches Tonight in Croydon

The 2015 national tour of Rachel Wagstaff's stage play BIRDSONG, adapted from the novel by Sebastian Faulks, will open tonight, 4 February 2015 at the Fairfield Halls in Croydon. The production will tour until June 2015.

UK BIRDSONG Reveals Full Cast; Production to Open, Feb. 4

Peter Duncan, Edmund Wiseman and Emily Bowker head the cast of the 2015 national tour of Rachel Wagstaff's stage play BIRDSONG, adapted from the novel by Sebastian Faulks, which will open on 4 February 2015 at the Fairfield Halls in Croydon. The tour has been extended by a week, and will now play Richmond Theatre from 29 June - 4 July.

THREE MEN IN A BOAT Plays Belgrade Theatre This Month

Following a sell-out tour in 2012, The Original Theatre Company, producer of the critically acclaimed UK and Irish tour of Birdsong, is delighted to announce that Three Men In A Boat will be making a splash in Coventry from Tues 14th - Sat 18th October. Sailing onto the Belgrade main stage for one week only, this brand new touring production visits Coventry as part of the 125th anniversary year of the publication of Jerome K Jerome's classic novel and has been adapted and directed and directed by Craig Gilbert.

THREE MEN IN A BOAT to Tour the UK

Following a sell-out tour in 2012, The Original Theatre Company, producer of the current highly successful and critically acclaimed UK and Irish tour of BIRDSONG, is delighted to announce that, along with co-producer Theatre Royal Bury St Edmunds, it will be touring the UK once again with THREE MEN IN A BOAT in the 125th anniversary year of the publication of the beloved Jerome K Jerome book. The stage play is adapted and directed by Craig Gilbert and the tour will begin at the Theatre Royal Bury St Edmunds on 4 September.

A month into their UK tour, Birdsong, produced by the Original Theatre Company and Birdsong Productions, is playing at the Birmingham Rep this week. This show is one of many on the road this year that marks the centenary of World War I and is based on the world famous novel by Sebastian Faulks.

In 2014, the year that will mark 100 years since the outbreak of the First World War, Rachel Wagstaff's stage adaptation of BIRDSONG, from the novel by Sebastian Faulks, will tour the UK. This follows a hugely successful and critically acclaimed tour earlier this year which was seen by over 75,000 people. The 2014 tour will begin on 12 February at Devonshire Park in Eastbourne. There will be a national press night on Tuesday 18 March at Birmingham Rep.

THE PRIVATE EAR and THE PUBLIC EYE, by the acclaimed and multi-award winning British playwright Sir Peter Shaffer, will have their first major revival in 50 years, when they begin a nationwide tour from tonight, 29 August 2013, with a national press night at Guildford's Yvonne Arnaud Theatre on Friday 6 September.
