Casting is set for Matthew Bourne's "Cinderella" from New Adventures, which will be presented by Center Theatre Group at the Ahmanson Theatre February 5 through March 10, 2019. With direction and choreography by Matthew Bourne and music by Prokofiev, "Cinderella" will open on February 6 at 8 p.m.
Christian Dante White will assume the role of Freddy Eynsford-Hill in Lerner & Loewe's MY FAIR LADY, directed by Bartlett Sher, beginning Tuesday, January 8 at the Vivian Beaumont Theater (150 West 65 Street). He succeeds Jordan Donica who originated the role in this award-winning production.

Center Theatre Group has selected three local productions for the third annual Block Party: Celebrating Los Angeles Theatre at the Kirk Douglas Theatre from March 7 through April 28, 2019. Block Party 2019 will remount Theatre of NOTE's "For The Love Of (or, the roller derby play)," Skylight Theatre Company's "Rotterdam" and Antaeus Theatre Company's "Native Son." Each production will have a two-week run with 12 performances. The three visiting companies will receive the full support of Center Theatre Group and its staff in order to fund, stage and market each production.
According to Deadline, Tony nominated actress Hailey Kilgore is set for a recurring role on NBC's THE VILLAGE. The series is a drama that comes from Mike Daniels. Details on Kilgore's role is still yet to be announced.

The national tour will star Michael Urie, reprising his lauded Broadway performance as Arnold Beckoff.
