With book and lyrics by Ellen Fitzhugh and music by Michael John LaChiusa, "Los Otros" opens on June 3, 2012; performances continue through July 1. Tony Award-winner Michele Pawk has been cast to play the role of Woman and Julio Monge will play the role of Man.

On May 19, 2012 the Walt Disney Concert Hall in Downtown Los Angeles hosted Elaine Stritch's hilarious, anecdote-heavy Stephen Sondheim tribute concert ELAINE STRITCH: SINGIN' SONDHEIM...ONE SONG AT A TIME. Met with boisterous, well-deserved standing ovations both at the start and at the end of the intermission-less program, Stritch was in usual top form, dispensing out acerbic comments and witty barbs about her life, her career, and her love and admiration--both personally and professionally--for the Broadway composer.

The most celebrated musical of the 2006 Broadway season, The Drowsy Chaperone, a new musical comedy, is coming to the Buck Creek Playhouse, 11150 Southeastern Avenue, for nine performances, June 1-17, 2012. With music and lyrics by Lisa Lambert and Greg Morrison, and a book by Bob Martin and Don McKellar, this musical within a comedy takes a modern-day spin on musical comedies of old.

Stage and screen stars Brooke Shields and Richard Chamberlain will take on the iconic roles of Chris MacNeil and Father Merrin in playwright John Pielmeier's world premiere of The Exorcist at the Geffen Playhouse. Comprised of artists from New York, LA and Chicago, the burgeoning team of "Identity Productions" has announced that it will present the compelling drama TAPE by acclaimed playwright Stephen Belber at the Hollywood Fringe Festival, 2012. The production will open on Saturday June 9th at ArtWorks Theatre Studio A during the Fringe Festival preview period, and run through June 22nd.

BRING IT ON: THE MUSICAL is headed to Broadway following a tour that began in 2011. The show will play Broadway's St. James Theater, beginning previews on July 12th, opening August 1st and running through October 7th.
