The critically acclaimed parody-musical PETER, WHO? makes its triumphant return to the New York theater scene as an official selection of the 2018 New York Musical Festival's Next Link Project.

The New York Musical Festival (NYMF) announced today 11 of the 12 productions slated for 2018 NYMF. Among the shows announced in the lineup are the Next Link Project selections, as well as the first of two invited productions. Now in its fifteenth year, the 2018 Festival will take place July 9th through August 5th at locations on West 42nd Street in New York City. Dan Markley serves as NYMF Executive Director and Rachel Sussman serves as Producing Artistic Director.

Midnight at The Never Get, the award-winning and critically-acclaimed musical hit of last summer's New York Musical Festival, is enjoying its New England premiere this summer in a co-production by Visceral Entertainment (Michael Chase Gosselin and Tim Sulka) and Dustin Sparks Productions. Following critically acclaimed, sold-out runs at Don't Tell Mama and the 2016 New York Musical Festival (NYMF), Midnight at The Never Get, conceived by and starring Sam Bolen and Mark Sonnenblick, with book, music and lyrics by Mr. Sonnenblick, directed by Max Friedman (Ruby Manger Live!, Charlie Rosen's Broadway Big Band), and produced by Michael Chase Gosselin (POPE! An Epic Musical, The Most Miserable Christmas Tree), will return home to Don't Tell Mama (342 West 46th Street) on Tuesday, March 14 at 8pm for a special one-night-only concert to celebrate receiving a 2017 Bistro Award for 'Book Musical,' and a 2017 MAC Award nomination for 'Show Of The Year.'

To kick off the new year, the Sheen Center for Thought & Culture is kicking off a new music series; Convergences - Indie Artists Series.

Your favorite duo is back in town for one night only! The Rescignos return to the Haskell Stage for a night of uproarious comedy.

One of the most eagerly awaited new shows of this year's New York Musical Festival (NYMF) is the special event 'Midnight at the Never Get' which will be presented at 42WEST (514 West 42nd Street) for three (3) performances: Thursday, July 28 @ 9pm; Sunday, July 31 @ 9pm; Monday, August 1 @ 8pm. Produced by Michael Chase Gosselin, the musical is conceived by and starring Sam Bolen and Mark Sonnenblick, with musical direction and arrangements by Adam Podd, choreography by Andrew Palermo and directed by Max Friedman. Audiences will be transformed back to 1965 when they enter the venue to the back room of The Never Get.  Featuring a sultry score fashioned after the American Songbook, 'Midnight at The Never Get' imagines two men who never existed at a time that very much did.

Midnight at The Never Get, the greatest act that doesn't exist, produced by Michael Chase Gosselin (POPE! An Epic Musical), will be presented this summer as a NYMF @ Nite Event at The New York Musical Festival (NYMF), celebrating its 13th Anniversary Season.

On Friday, June 3rd and Today, June 7th at 7pm at the Laurie Beechman Theatre, 2015 double MAC (Best Male Vocalist, LaMott/Friedman Recording) and Bistro (Outstanding Recording) Award winner Stearns Matthews will team up with pianists/composers/arrangers and twin brothers Adam and Matt Podd for 'ME AND THE GERSHTWINS', a musical romp through the songs of two other uber-talented brothers: George and Ira Gershwin.
