Tonight on the results show America agreed as Lambert made it to the next round and is now a member of the Top 5 finalists. Lambert remarked upon learning he was once again 'safe' - he had 'sung the lyrics honestly' and thought that people would like his take on 'If I Can't Have You.'

The American Idols Tour 'hits the road' this summer. It was announced today that he top 10 finalists, Adam Lambert, Allison Iraheta, Anoop Desai, Danny Gokey, Kris Allen, Lil Rounds, Matt Giraud, Megan Joy, Michael Sarver, and Scott MacIntyre, will take the stage on a 50 city tour beginning July 5th.

Adam Lambert closed down AMERICAN IDOL tonight by singing a stunning rendition of 'Mad World' by Tears for Fears, and his performance was a home run. The theme for tonight was 'songs from the year the contestants were born', Lambert remarked that he was a 1982 baby and 'he loved playing dress-up, being a performer, gettting attention'.
