On Wednesday, November 18, the cast of Deaf West Theatre's acclaimed Broadway production of Spring Awakening, along with writers Steven Sater and Duncan Sheik and director Michael Arden, will travel to Washington, D.C. to perform at the White House as part of a convening on Americans with disabilities and the arts, a celebration of diversity and inclusion.

Jewels by JAR at The Metropolitan Museum of Art will feature more than 400 works by renowned jewelry designer Joel A. Rosenthal, who works in Paris under the name JAR. The exhibition will be the first retrospective in the United States of his work and the first retrospective at the Metropolitan Museum devoted to a contemporary artist of gems.
