After discovering her adoration for theatre at 11, Delaney has been hungry to train, explore, and make stuff. She's worked with Tara Mallen, Malkia Stampley, Marti Lyons, Georgette Verdin, Carole Dibo, Rachael Patterson, Kurt Naebig, Christina Casano, Christina Gorman, Kate DeVore, and Second City in Chicago. She has also studied at Syracuse University, the Juilliard School, Austin Pendleton, Brian McManamon, and Page Clements in New York City.
Besides all the studying, Delaney has performed with Steppenwolf Theatre, Syracuse Stage, Artemisia Theatre, Stage 773, The Edge, New City Players, Mirrorbox Theatre, and Playwright's Theatre of NY. On film, she was nominated for a Young Entertainer's Award, and played Fiona James in crossover episodes of "Chicago Fire" and "Chicago P.D.". Select roles include Cordelia in "King Lear", Becky in "Slowgirl", Ruth Hunsdorfer in "The Effect of Gamma Rays on Man In The Moon Marigolds", and Juliet in "Romeo and Juliet".
