Winner of the 2009 Tony Award for Best Play, God of Carnage is described as a comedy of manners without the manners. Set in present day NYC, God of Carnage is the story of two couples who meet for the first time shortly after their respective sons have a nasty schoolyard tangle. Any attempt at a civilized discussion quickly devolves into finger-pointing, name-calling, stomping around and throwing things. And that’s before they break out the rum! This is the first NYC production of God of Carnage since its 2009 Tony Award winning production.
